What’s next?
In-N-Out Burger, the popular fast food chain founded by Harry and Esther Snyder, is relocating its corporate headquarters back to Baldwin Park, California, where the company originated. This move, along with the development of an eastern territory office in Franklin, Tennessee, will help consolidate its operations and streamline its expansion. The company will close its Irvine office by 2029, as it focuses on supporting its growth into new markets, particularly in the eastern U.S.
Lynsi Snyder, the current owner of In-N-Out, emphasized that the decision aligns with the values her grandparents instilled in the company. She expressed excitement about uniting the company’s West Coast team in Baldwin Park, where In-N-Out began. The Tennessee office will create hundreds of jobs, representing a significant investment in the region and helping to extend the brand’s presence in the eastern United States.
Founded in 1948, In-N-Out has grown to over 400 locations across eight states, and Snyder’s leadership has been deeply influenced by her Christian faith. She has spoken about overcoming personal struggles through her relationship with God and how her faith shapes her approach to leading the company. Under her guidance, In-N-Out continues to maintain high standards of quality and a culture centered on servant leadership.
In-N-Out has long incorporated Christian values into its branding, with Bible verses printed on packaging since the 1990s. This tradition, started by Snyder’s uncle Rich, has expanded under her leadership. Additionally, Snyder founded Army of Love, a ministry focused on discipleship and outreach, which aims to deepen spiritual mentorship and support individuals in their faith journey. Snyder’s faith continues to influence both her personal life and her stewardship of the company.
