Christian Banking Alternative Ready To Transform Texas Finance
A new faith-based financial institution, ProLifeFintech, is set to launch in Texas, offering an alternative to traditional banking grounded in Christian values. Its core mission focuses on providing financial services that align with the sanctity of life, emphasizing ethical banking practices. The official launch will take place in Plano with a grand celebration hosted by Betsy Gray, co-founder of the company. The event will feature several prominent speakers, including motivational speaker Nick Vujicic, co-founder of ProLifeFintech, retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, and conservative commentator Charlie Kirk. Economic expert Kevin Freeman will also speak on the relationship between faith, values, and financial stewardship.
ProLifeFintech aims to offer banking services that ensure customers’ funds are not directed toward causes conflicting with Christian beliefs, such as abortion. The company operates through a partnership with a faith-based bank, enabling it to provide common financial services like debit and credit cards while adhering to its values. Vujicic, one of the driving forces behind the venture, has shared how his own “de-banking” experience in 2019 contributed to the creation of this initiative. After being dropped by Chase Bank, he realized the need for a faith-centered financial alternative.
Vujicic recounted the challenges he faced due to his conservative Christian views, including threats, false accusations, and ultimately being dropped by his bank without explanation. He believes his views and large social media following made him a target, which led to his partnership with Betsy Gray. Gray had previously run a women’s medical clinic committed to the sanctity of life and was shocked to discover that many banks, including Chase, supported organizations like Planned Parenthood.
The partnership between Vujicic and Gray grew out of their shared vision to create a financial institution that would respect Christian principles. Vujicic believes that the creation of ProLifeFintech was a direct response to the need for a secure, values-driven banking alternative for people of faith. He emphasizes that customers of ProLifeFintech can have confidence that their money will never support organizations that conflict with their beliefs, specifically those that do not value the sanctity of life.
