Christian’s Cancer Remission Proves Miracles Happen
Christian author and pro-life advocate Ryan Bomberger has shared the news that his cancer is now in remission. In a video posted to his X account last week, Bomberger expressed his relief and joy upon hearing his surgeon’s confirmation: “You’re in remission.”
Bomberger expressed deep gratitude, stating, “God is so good. When you’re battling not only physically but also spiritually, the wait can be challenging. However, miracles are worth the wait.” Throughout his cancer journey, Bomberger has openly discussed how his faith has supported him during this difficult time.
He offered encouragement to those facing their own struggles, saying, “For anyone feeling overwhelmed by what seems impossible, remember that even if physical healing doesn’t come, there can still be spiritual healing and renewal. God’s goodness remains, whether we receive miracles on this side of Heaven or in the hereafter. We must make the most of every moment we have.”
In May, Bomberger wrote for The Christian Post about his diagnosis of Stage 2 prostate cancer with paraneural invasion, indicating a risk of spreading. He had previously expressed his faith in God’s ability to heal, even though he acknowledged that sometimes God’s plans differ from our own hopes. Bomberger reflected on his experiences of seeing God turn hardships into triumphs, even amid personal losses such as the death of his father during COVID.
Despite his health challenges, Bomberger continues his work with The Radiance Foundation, an organization he co-founded with his wife, Bethany. He remains active in addressing cultural issues through various media platforms and is committed to maintaining his role as a husband and father while adapting his professional focus to include more online content and less travel.
